Thanks to Helen and Christian from C&C Properties, we now own our dream holiday home in Moraira. After spending a lot of time searching for properties on the internet, without much success, we contacted Helen at C&C Properties by pure chance. This is where things changed. Helen took the time to listen carefully to our requirements and made a list of properties that would be suitable for us to view. We came to Moraira for a week long holiday and my wife and I saw the properties with Christian. Both Helen and Christian are very knowledgeable and experienced real estate agents who do not try to deceive you, but provide an honest opinion about the properties they have for sale. By chance, another suitable property came onto the market while we were in Moraira and we were able to see it in no time. This turned out to be the perfect property for us and we knew it right away. Helen took care of the negotiations between us and the seller about the purchase price and we finally reached an agreement that suited both of us. The process of buying a property in Spain takes some time and is very different to the process we are used to in the UK. The advice and guidance Helen gave us throughout this process was absolutely first class and I don't know how we would have managed without her. She is a very calming influence and no problem is too difficult for her to solve. Emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with very promptly, which is something I really appreciate.
